Planet Earth Celebration

The City of Raleigh had their Planet Earth Celebration on April 18th in Downtown Raleigh. Thousands of people came and walked around Moore Square in order to expand their knowledge of sustainable living and alternative technologies. One such display was that of NC State University’s EcoCar team where individuals were able to gather information on not only the design goals of the team but also on how alternative transportation technologies are currently making their way into society.
